The property

This property is under new ownership from December 2018, and is suitable for over 18s only.

Sail Mhor View is a detached single-storey cottage, within enclosed private gardens on the scenic Wester Ross coastal route.

Surrounded by mountains and the dramatic west coast scenery, this peaceful cottage is ideal for a family holiday.

Boasting four lovely bedrooms, two of which are twin, plus one king-size with basin and one king-size with an en-suite shower room.

The bedrooms are spacious, with plenty of windows, giving an abundance of natural light.

There is a lovely sitting room with a variety of sofas.

Relax and unwind in front of the TV which has Freesat so you can keep up to date with all your favourite shows.

Gather around the large dining table to enjoy a home cooked meal together.

With stunning views across the countryside and water, you will not want to be anywhere else.

Local activities include bird and wildlife watching, hill walking, climbing, cycling, canoeing and whale watching boat trips.

From this lovely cottage, you can visit the beautiful secluded sandy beaches nearby, stroll along the shore, and watch the birds and wildlife including otters, seals, porpoises and sea eagles.

Marvel at the majestic beauty of Little Loch Broom and the rugged ridge on An Teallach, a short distance from this cottage.

Walk in Lael Forest, visit Corrieshalloch Gorge or Rogie Falls, take a boat trip from Ullapool or Gairloch, venture to the Black Isle to see red kites or Fortrose to see dolphins close to the shore.

There's so much to see and enjoy, you'll want to return to this cottage again and again.

Situated 30 miles from both Gairloch and Ullapool, this part of the west coast has many features that make it a great holiday destination; mountains to climb, open spaces to walk, wildlife to observe, clean and accessible sandy beaches, boat trips to the Summer Isles and Chiants and snorkelling and scuba diving off the nearby Summer Isles just to mention a few. There is so much on offer within a short distance of the Dundonnell area, which covers the communities of Dundonnell, Camusnagaul, Badrallach, Ardessie, Badcaul, Durnamuck, Badluarach and the Scoraig Peninsula, accessible by boat and by walking along a narrow track from Badrallach.
