“There could be more information about the water supply and its pressure, as the peaty coloured baths the children found very unusual.”

The drive way to the property is very steep as mentioned but there are some large pot holes that may damage tyres appearing.

The drive way to the property is very steep as mentioned but there are some large pot holes that may damage tyres appearing. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed lots of fresh local produce. The views were amazing with the daily changing light. We managed to spot a sea eagle from the porch. Beautiful peaceful retreat.

Outside, the garden is a sheltered spot to enjoy barbecues or your morning cup of coffee.

Why not sit a moment and enjoy the views out to the Scottish mainland?

You are just a ten minute walk from the sandy beach at Braes and nearby Portree is the main town on the Isle of Skye.
