  • "We had a lovely stay at 25 Langlands Terrace."

The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including indoor board games for the days with extreme weather. It is an excellent location for exploring the Isle of Skye and I highly recommend it!

  • "It was a nice and clean accommodation."

We loved staying here. The mattresses, especially the 2 separated beds downstairs where horrible to sleep in due to feeling the springs inside the mattresses. The kitchen table was quite small as there is no other place to eat on.

so sorry about your disappointment at Langlands. The beds & mattresses are less that 12 months old there has been no prior complaints. The kitchen Table was bought to suit the size of the kitchen & again there has been no prior complaints.we are sorry that Langlands was not up expectations. Property Owner

Location perfect for touring Skye, Wester Ross Invernesshire and even Sutherland. The facilities, bedding and furnishings were exemplary. I have holidayed in the North West countless times before and have often paid twice the price for inferior accomodation. Book with confidence, I can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. Thank you so much to the proprietors. Phill W.

More spacious than it appears on the photos. Very well equipped, and extremely clean and well kept. We had a slight hitch getting the TV on, but the owner sorted it quickly. In fact all that was wrong was us not clicking on HDM1. The house was in a really quiet area, about 2 minutes from the Isle of Skye bridge. There was milk, and shortbread and biscuits left for us. We would highly recommend, and were sorry when our holiday ended. Thank you.

  • "We had a lovely break at Langlands."

The property was spotlessly clean and very well cared for, real attention to detail that is missing in many holiday rentals. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked most nights as the restaurants in the village had strange opening times that didn't work for us. The butchers shop was good, and the Co-op well stocked. There is a decent fish and chip shop in Torridon too. If you want to eat out in one of the pubs/restaurants in Torridon you need to book! The location is excellent for getting to different places in Skye and Wester Ross. I wouldn't hesitate to go back (we were blessed with excellent weather too)!

25 Langlands would be in our top 2 places we have stayed, there was a welcome pack awaiting, (something new to us). The house itself was clean, tidy, well equiped, warm and cosy. Beds were comfy, always a bonus! Kitchen although we didn't cook was very clean, and ample instructions on how to find and work things and do's and dont's. It is a great location for exploring the Isle of Skye (been there several times) and Torridon (first time). All in all we had a very satisfying holiday and a much needed break. Travelling north from Kyle is the picturesque village of Plockton, famous for its palm trees, cottages grouped around a yacht-filled bay, and Highland cattle which wander the streets!
