“A lovely cute little cottage in a brilliant location for exploring the island.”

Beautifully restored and decorated. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking, and the bedroom is really lovely, with its four poster bed. The electric blanket was much appreciated as the cottage was quite cold. We really enjoyed our stay here, it's great for two people. ...

Beautifully restored and decorated. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking, and the bedroom is really lovely, with its four poster bed. The electric blanket was much appreciated as the cottage was quite cold. We really enjoyed our stay here, it's great for two people. The cottage takes quite a bit of heating (even in September), which is probably why the owners don't include electricity in the cost of the stay. It takes quite a while for the log burner to heat the cottage up, so we used the oil heater in the lounge too. We weren't impressed that there was no hot water on arrival. It wouldn't hurt the owners to at least provide an initial bit of hot water for their guests. There are some really deep potholes in the private bit of road leading up to the cottage, not good for your tyres!
