"Having driven from Scotland, we arrived early evening to a very cold house."
There were no instructions about the heating and no reply to our email requesting this info. A very cold night in a very uncomfortable bed with bedding which was too small for the bed. The quilt didn’t even cover the lumpy mattress let alone allow for two people sharing the bed. Shortage of towels and no tea towels! Very unsatisfactory for a 7 night stay!
Dear Customer, First of all, thank yo so much for your feedback. I apologize for your uncomfortable experience. Before you arrive the house, I sent the client welcome letter and the passport of the door lock. I apologize that I didn't put the heating instruction in the letter with pictures attached as well and I have added in now. I am surprised that there is no teal towel. I do remember we put several pieces there. but anyway, We have put another new set there. Regarding the beds cover, We also put some extra bigger one there as well in case next time any other customers needed. Property Owner
