The property

This immaculately decorated, terraced holiday home overlooks the picturesque Island Harbour Marina, two miles from the village of Wootton Bridge on the Isle of Wight.

Marina House forms part of a complex hugging the southern side of the marina, there is a highly-regarded pub/restaurant on site which makes this an ideal location for a relaxing break for friends or couples.

Set over three floors, enter the property on ground level where you will discover the bright and airy kitchen/diner, uplifted by the double patio doors welcoming the stunning marina views.

The kitchen is well-appointed with all necessary appliances and black granite worktops, whist the stylish dining table has enough room to accommodate everyone.

A fresh, carpeted staircase brings you to the first floor, here you will find a dreamy sitting room, fitted with snug sofas, a TV and elevated views of the area, a soothing spot to spend some downtime.

This floor also occupies a glistening, white family shower room and a well-presented twin bedroom looking over the lagoon to the front of the house, with calming countryside in the distance.

The second floor houses the other two bedrooms here at Marina House, another twin and a fabulous master bedroom with a sumptuous en-suite bathroom and a delightful Juliet balcony.

Here you have a choice of outdoor areas as the property boasts a balcony on the ground floor and the first floor, a heavenly place to enjoy a refreshing drink whilst reveling in your wondrous location.

Wootton Bridge comes close by, offering a range of amenities, it is also home to the Isle of Wight Steam Railway.

The whole of the island is accessible by car, visit the wonderful seaport town of Cowes, or the Isle of Wight AONB to the west of the island.

A superb property in an idyllic location.
