The property

Paces away from the Pagham Harbour, is the endearing Seagull Cottage.

This traditional seaside dwelling offers a superb base for a family getaway to the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the United Kingdom.

After a day of exploring, be welcomed into a property which has retained much of the local style, with a beautifully converted railway carriage used throughout the interior.

Step into the well-appointed kitchen, where you will find all the necessities to ensure a relaxing stay, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Look forward to sinking into the sofas within the brightly decorated sitting room during a chilly winters evening, or enjoy a glass of wine within the sun room to catch a glimpse of the sun setting across the harbour.

As the evening draws to a close, head to one of the three bedrooms, comprising of two twins and a double bedroom, each boasting nautical colour scheme, ensuring an uplifting atmosphere to wake up to.

Spend a moment or two within the rear garden, offering outstanding lagoon and harbour views, from the comfort of the warming hot tub, with an electric veranda to provide shelter from the rain.

A leisurely stroll will bring you to a selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, ideal for treating yourself.

Brush up on the local history by visiting the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform, situated on the village’s shingle beach or explore the picturesque church of St. Thomas à Becket.

Alternatively, venture out to the cathedral city of Chichester, offering a superb selection of shops and eateries, and attractions to suit all.

Resting on the English border, between the sea and land is the idyllic village of Pagham. Perched on the harbour, this small village houses a protected Nature Reserve, allowing nature to flourish, ideal for those for those who love birdwatching. Moreover, many of the buildings within the village are bungalow dwellings which have been crafted from old railway carriages, as well as shops, a selection of three ale and beer pubs and one of the finest churches of its kind, St. Thomas à Becket. You will also find a shingle beach resting on the coastline with a reputation for being one of the sunniest places in the UK. The beach is superb for swimming, yachting, windsurfing, walking and the historic point of interest, the World War II Mulberry Harbour platform. Close by is the seaside resort of Bognor Regis and further afield is the cathedral city of Chichester, each housing amenities and attractions to suit all ages and tastes.
