"The chalet was as shown in the photos, clean and well equipped."
We were pleasantly surprised to find hand soap, washing up liquid etc, and even more so, that there was a dishwasher ( and tablets for it) which was not listed in the chalet details. The chocolates left for us were a nice touch. The small things we felt were missing, and which we were easily able to sort out for ourselves were, a non slip mat in the bath, and as an adult using a lower bunk, the lack of a bedside light ( solved by purchasing a battery operated lamp and hanging from the bed frame, as no electric socket obvious in the room).

"I would highly recommend staying at Sunny Pines, Gurnard Pines which we have just come back from after spending a relaxing pleasant time there."
The owner was really helpful with excellent customer service skills and couldn't do enough for you. She had even arranged to leave some chocolates, biscuits etc for our arrival was The chalet was very clean with a beautiful lounge, new furnished kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable in the double room with a television. Even the neighbours were very friendly. It was very good value for money as well.

"Most things went wrong."
From the general state of the place the lack of cleansiness, rubbish bins used by all on site, broken food bin full of flies under bedroom window, lack of parking, very old sheets and towels (luckily taken our own ) 2nd bedroom used as the storage space with mop and bucket , ironing board, etc cupboard full of old duvets etc and the hoover, culminating to a power cut due to owner lack of topping up meter! However a nice neighbour who helped us, the sun shined most of the time and the I of W which is worth visiting.
We are very disappointed to receive your feedback as we have always tried to ensure our holidaymakers receive the very best from our accommodation and continue to upgrade and improve (a new kitchen and bathroom was only fitted October 2019) We will certainly look at the areas you have mentioned to ensure our best attention at all times, We are disappointed that you did not advise us of any of these issues during your stay, we only learned of the meter problem via our lovely neighbour, however I would like to dispute your claim that the meters were not topped up and happy to get meter macs to confirm this. The power cut was a fault of theirs and most definitely not ours. Finally I hope you will agree that to only offer the property bi-weekly to ensure your safety during the Covid pandemic shows our level of customer service Property Owner

"Mrs hunt the owner is fantastic but we sent her photos as she had paid for 5 hours cleaning she must have only got 1 hour."
..this did not spoil our holiday as we cleaned the areas that needed attention.

"A good base but basic."
The chalet needs a bit of an upgrade

"Had an enjoyable stay at sunny pines."
Was equipped with everything we needed and more.

"We found the property very difficult to locate, especially at 11pm."
Street lighting was not adequate enough to see the number of the property. On arrival the place was very cold - no heating had been put on. There was no toilet paper (something I would consider essential and basic). Not even a tea towel!! The picture shown on your website is not what you are greeted with. Another reason why it was difficult to find. And the surrounding area was messy and unkempt. Not a place we would return to.

"We spent 2 weeks at Sunny Pines on the Isle of Wight and had the perfect family holiday."
The property is ideal - has everything you need and is so comfortable. You can buy a pass to enjoy the fantastic swimming pool and soft play, and the grass field behind the property is wonderful for kids. The owner is really helpful. Great location for visiting all the sites and very peaceful. Would return in a heartbeat. We didn't want to leave!
