  • "As mentioned by previous occupants the seating in the lounge is uncomfortable, and bedroom ceiling light fitting doesn’t look right."

    Overall we enjoyed our visit.

  • "We found the property to be rather drab and gloomy."

Whilst the decorative order was fairly new the colour scheme was definitely not to our taste and did not suit the rooms. The advertising photos of the property were cleverly taken giving a false impression of the space. The crockery was of good quality and plentiful. The kitchen appliances were fairly new, however, we did not need to use them. The bed was quite comfortable but very creaky and we doubt the bedroom light fitting would comply with electrical regs.

  • "Very enjoyable stay in a well equipped apartment, close to all facilities."

Unfortunately the settee although looked nice and fitted in well with the decor, it was not comfortable enough for a relaxing evening indoors. We ended up sitting on the dining chairs with a cushion each from the settee so we could watch TV, shame as rest of apartment spot on.

  • "Your General Feedback Would you like to provide feedback about the holiday property?"

This will be shared with the property owner. My only concern was a slight health and safety risk regarding the mirror placed on the top the stairs, one step back and you would tumble down them. We would love to come back again, the location of the apartment is ideal to enjoy all the facilities close by. The local shops and beach are convenient with the transport links a short walk away. We had a most pleasant stay and look forward to coming again.

  • "Dreytop is a comfortable well equipped apartment."

The equipment, crockery and utensils are of a very good quality. The bed was comfortable. The Victorian decor made the apartment look dark and gloomy rather than bright and cheerful - not ideal for a holiday let. Found the outside space to be unusable. It is in the front garden adjacent to lounge window of the ground floor apartment, which during sunny weather was wide open. We felt to use it would intrude on their privacy. The cleaning was superficial with smear marks on many surfaces There was no property handbook detailing how to access the wifi etc.etc.

  • "Great location loved the outside space."

Nice interiors and good attention to detail eg brand new Christies bath towels. High spec kitchen ware and appliances eg Denby and Le cruset. Was very impressed Couple of things to improve on bathroom water not hot enough, provide bathrobes and a change of linen during the week
