The property

A lovely family semi-detached coastal cottage, moments from the golden sands of Ryde on the North East coast of the Isle of Wight.

Perfect for families, friends and pets who love the simplicity of spending time together in a traditional picturesque seaside town.

This cosy cottage is a little coastal gem, with many thoughtful touches throughout.

Traditionally set out with the sitting room being at the front and on the right hand side as you enter via the main side door, with seating for up to seven and a large TV.

The dining room is to the left, with the kitchen and family bathroom being at the back of the cottage.

The back door from the kitchen takes you into the patio garden.

Up the stairs to the front of the cottage is the master double bedroom and to the left of the stairs, is the L-shaped bunk room together with the family WC.

At the back of the cottage down a few steps takes you to the second double bedroom.

Both doubles have futon sofas for additional comfort.

There is also access into the back garden via a side gate, which opens into a convenient side patio area where you will find the bike storage, this side area is also gated both ends.

The second arch gate takes you into the main patio and decked enclosed garden area with table, chairs and charcoal BBQ.

As the stairs are steep, there is a permanently fitted stairgate at the top of the stairs, and the owners have also provided two dog beds and dog beach towels.

Ryde offers something for everyone, from a stunning golden sandy beach, stretching all the way to Seaview, a marina, boating lake, indoor swimming pool with an opening roof for those sunny days, bowling alley, cinema, arcades, many restaurants, pubs, cafés, boutiques, and antique shops.

If a little pampering is required, pop into the iconic Liz Earle’s shop.

Ryde also has fantastic transport connections so no need for a car; the passenger ferry connects you to the train which will take you down the pier.

Next door to the train station is the bus station, with buses waiting to take you all the way around the island.

A truly lovely family friendly seaside cottage, perfectly located for year round enjoyment.
