“Absolutely beautiful property that you can tell from the minute u arrive has been made to a high spec and very well looked after.”

Slight issue with the bath plug that was sorted straight away by the owners that I am only mentioning so show how they are very quick to rectify any issues and who are very polite and nice. Lots of entertainment in the house even a games console, our only small suggestion was the games room could be updated more so for adults I.e a darts board/table tennis etc as this is a big factor for the men in our group but luckily the endless games in the living room kept them from being under our feet ...

Welcome pack very informative, probably the best I’ve ever seen very detailed from how to use the heating system to the fancy cooker, very prompt repayment of the house keeping bond and the hot tub was lovely with an added extra of towels for the hot tub. We don’t have a bad thing to say about this property and we don’t normally revisit property’s but this is one we would consider.

The property

A spacious, modern, detached house situated close to the popular village of Gladestry in the beautiful undulating countryside of the Welsh Marches.

A perfect place for families or friends to relax in each other’s company, after a day exploring the popular countryside.

Reverse living accommodation, set over two floors, there are four comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor, the master with an en-suite, and a family bathroom.

Upstairs there is a well-equipped kitchen with small breakfast bar leading into a light, airy and spacious open plan sitting room with dining area and far reaching views across the village to the surrounding hillsides.

Outside, you can sit in the garden that wraps around the property, relax on the patio or in the luxurious hot tub where you can enjoy the late evening sun after a day’s exploring the local area.

Several valleys converge around the village, with Hergest Ridge, a steep hillside, that traverses the border between England and Wales.

You are surrounded by beautiful undulating countryside with the pretty market town of Kington just a few miles away.

Alternatively, why not take a trip to Hergest Croft Gardens or the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre.

The area attracts numerous cyclists, as well as offering various activities such as horse riding, golf and visiting local gardens, as well as being a short drive from the Shropshire Hills, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Slightly further afield, is the fabulous literary town of Hay-on-Wye, which is also popular for kayaking and canoeing and which acts as a gateway to the most northern point of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Why not take a trip to the popular market town of Leominster, one of the towns on Herefordshire’s Black and White Trail?

Llandrindod Wells, with its Victorian festival, Builth Wells, home of the Royal Welsh Showground and associated events, and the Elan Valley Dams are all within easy reach.
