The property

Orchard View is a spacious, three bedroom cottage placed peacefully in the county of Herefordshire, on the owners working farm, just over two miles from Pembridge.

Standing at over 300-years-old, and with a stylish modern extension, along with the superb rural location that it sits in, this is a heart-warming base perfect for that fun-packed break you and your family have been waiting for.

Step into the attractive, timber-framed part of the house with its rustic stone flagged floor and step left into the heart-warming sitting room, centred by an alluring woodburner in a pretty redbrick fireplace which is surrounded by ample comfortable seating for all to enjoy.

Your hearty home-cooked meals will be both prepared and enjoyed in the country cottage-style kitchen/diner which includes an original Rayburn cooker contrasting beautifully with the sumptuous units and metro tiling to make a fabulously homely spot.

The ground floor hosts a pleasant single bedroom.

Take the stairs to reach the first floor, this level attractively displays exposed wooden beams and hosts a super king-size bedroom, as well as a standard king-size, both of which boast tasteful and welcoming setups.

The cottage was originally used as a lambing shed, so in one of the bedrooms you will see lovely original lambing settle.

Concluding this property in an exquisite fashion is the metro tiled family bathroom, this features a classy freestanding bath and a separate walk-in shower for your convenience.

The supremacy of Orchard View continues externally, here you can watch the dogs run and play whilst you enjoy a drink and a BBQ on the patio, or perhaps from the luxurious wood-fired hot tub which makes this a property of high quality.

The owners work closely with Natural England to encourage wildflowers and wildlife onto the farm including bees and butterflies.

Pembridge, just two miles away, boasts a small selection of charming amenities, while the surrounding area abounds in superb walking and cycling opportunities.

Close by; be sure to visit the quaint old village of Weobley, the stunning market town of Leominster and the fascinating cathedral city of Hereford which has much to offer the visitor.

Bring your loved ones along to Orchard View to enjoy a memorable holiday in a superb rural location.
