“When we booked we were told that we have wifi.”
We had no signal on our phones,no wifi either.We drive a few min so we can call the host but we were told someone will come to do the router the next day. There was no router to fix so of course no one come.The wooden that was left for us was enough for 2barbeque&1use of the hut tube.We stayed in others Hub’s before but this one definitely doesn’t deserve the money that we paid

Its been such an extraordinary and challenging times we have all witnessed during these past few months, but right now we are just delighted to be open up and returning to some sense of normality. Therefore we sincerely apoloigse for not having the WIFI in our beautiful Shepperds hut. Along with British Telecolm, we are working very hard to resolve this, and it should be available very soon. This is new territory for us too, so we ask for patients and kindness, towards our staff, as there is a chance some things might be a little less snappy than usual whilst we all get used to the new way of doing things! Extra wood was offered to you on arrival, and in written details, so we are sorry that you didn't take this up with us. We have been overwhelmed by the response since we opened up bookings, so I am sorry if you were disappointed. I hope that you enjoyed the extra free time you spent with us, and you can be reassured that we are doing our very best to get WIFI to Tom's Hut.
