This rural village stands on the edge of the Golden Valley, an area renowned for its beautiful countryside and scenic walks. This historic village is mentioned in the Domesday Book as “Land of the Kings” and is also the home of the 12th century stone church of St. Michael and All Saints, with its impressive Norman tower.
