“A fabulous cottage in a lovely setting - a real hidden gem!”

Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. We stayed over the Easter weekend and the weather was great so made use of the BBQ. The welcome pack was a really nice touch - especially the Easter eggs - thank you! A lovely area to explore so we hope to be back!

The cottage

A beautiful detached cottage set in the heart of the countryside in the village of Orleton Common.

Previously an old stable barn, this property has been refurbished to an excellent quality of finish with luxury fixtures and appliances, yet still keeping some of its former traditional aspects.

Offering a homely welcome with fresh colourways and luxurious furnishings, you will feel uplifted in its presence.

Resting on a very private plot in a lovely wooded area, surrounded by informal gardens and lovely little stream you can truly be at one with nature in this romantic location.

The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated with dining for two and a large, spacious kitchen for you to prepare your meals with ease.

The sitting area has high ceilings, exposed stone walls, stylish cream leather sofas and an electric fire keeping you nice and snug.

At the end is a large king-size bedroom with a characterful, feature chimney converted into hanging space.

The cottage is finished off beautifully with oak wood flooring throughout.

The garden has a bridleway leading to the Mortimer Forest trail, a well-known walking area and a lovely scenic route to take.
