  • “We were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious, modern, comfortable and well presented cottage/ apartment.”

We had every item in kitchen, bathroom, and sitting room we could need.

We had every item in kitchen, bathroom, and sitting room we could need. Mr and Mrs Arber, the owners, made it unique by the lovely home made cake and personal instruction about places of interest near us as it was our first time in this lovely part of the country. Thank you to you both. Perhaps the general photo of the outside of the cottages doesn’t reflect the spaciousness of the interior

The Old Power House Cottages

Found in the tranquil settings of Hereforshire, The Old Power House Cottages make a perfect pair to host a reunion with friends, a getaway with your partner and another pair, or a holiday away with the family. Whilst in the area, the Black and White Village Trail is a wondrous sight, with timbered houses dating from the medieval times to the modern era, it's a spectacular area with not just a pretty exterior, inside these buildings you can find pubs, tea rooms, and shops, making a fantastic day out for all to enjoy. For avid walkers, the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty of the Shropshire Hills is just a short drive away, here you can find not only breath taking walking routes, but also an abundance of activities including horse-riding, fishing, golf, watersports and even airsports, the perfect location for the adventure seeker.
