  • "The house was wonderful it had everything you needed, the super king size bed was very comfortable, however the water pressure could have been an issue if all three are used at the same time, but as only 2 of us at the property it was not a problem."

    The Mall is in an ideal location with a 5 minute walk to the beach and easy access to all areas of the island either by car bus or train.

  • "We had a lively stay at 5 The Mall and close to the shops and Attractions."

    The house was lovely clean and spacious downstairs. Upstairs there are 2 very large bedrooms and 2 smaller and I feel it was more suited to 6 adults and 2 children The only downside was the toilet seats did not fit very well which I'm sure could easily be fixed and this would not stop is retuning to the property. We left some pans behind and Satah the owner was very good and speedily put them in the post to us.

  • "It's an excellent house that is really well appointed."

    There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, which was essential because of some rainy days. It is also in the perfect location for us as we have family in Sandown. It's close the beach, high street, and a short walk to visit our family. I'd definitely recommend it, and we hope to return for a summer break next year.

  • "The property is light and spacious providing plenty of room for our family group of 7."

    It is well located with lovely views and came with a generous welcome pack. The kitchen-diner is well equipped making cooking and dining together a pleasure. The ensuite shower room, family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom were more than adequate for our needs. I'm sure if we had been visiting during the summer months, we would have enjoyed using the garden and patio.

    The house has everything you could need. Hosts have thought of everything and there is a great selection of toys, both inside and outside. Everything is top quality and the beds were very comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and there was lots of information on places to visit and eat. The location was great and it was very close to a lovely playground. Highly recommended.

    The owners have thought of everything that could be needed in the kitchen. It is extremely family friendly, with toys, books, cutlery and plates provided for small children. The house is spacious and airy. It is only a ten minute walk to the beach and there is a decent Tesco Express a couple of minutes walk away. Beds are comfortable and there is a secure private garden. Thoroughly recommended.

  • "Amazing house, needs updating."

    . A lot of lime scale in in the unsuite shower.. Timing to leave.. 9:30am and on a Sunday.. hotels are 11am.. option to book early check in and late check is a must given the price. As we arnt from the island, it would be nice to be made aware that taxis are a no go. Others then that we had an amazing stay. Thank you

    Thoughtful welcome package. Cupboard full of children’s toys kept our grandchildren occupied whilst we prepared for the days activities. Well positioned close to the coastal path between Sandown and Shanklin and close to Lots of other attractions. All in all a great holiday and we would have no hesitation in booking this property if we decide to holiday in the Isle of Wight again

Set in an enviable position on the outskirts of Sandown seaside resort on the Isle of Wight is this delightful detached house.

Ideal for families or groups of friends of all ages, this charming property offers spectacular views from a beautifully furnished house.

This property rests in an enviable position, boasting some of the most beautiful views imaginable and within close proximity to the Isle of Wight coastal path.

Accessed via a side entrance, be welcomed into a spacious sitting room, complete with a large wrap-around sofa, a TV for your entertainment needs and a cosy electric fire to keep you nice and toasty.

Additionally, your children can hang out in the snug room complete with a piano, TV, beanbags and cupboards of toys and board games.

Walk through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, able to seat up to eight guests overlooking the enclosed back garden, perfect for gathering together over a scrumptious meal and a well-deserved glass of wine.

Fitted to a very high-standard, this kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances for cooking up a storm and has been furnished with everything you could want.

Choose to enjoy some quiet time reading in the conservatory where there is a cosy seating area, and table with chairs where you can indulge in board games and cards, or dine here whilst watching the spectacular views in the summer.
