It is located in a spectacular cliff top setting between Luccombe Chine and Shanklin Chine.

It is a breathtaking, all ground floor apartment which is attached to the owner's home with unrivalled panoramic sea views and quiet surroundings, making it an ideal location for a family holiday.

The contemporary open plan living area has comfortable reclining chairs and a sofa which are ideal for putting your feet up at the end of the day.

There is also a dining area and a very well-equipped kitchen which has everything you will need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for your whole group to enjoy.

You may find that you never want to leave as what could be better than spending time in such a relaxing property while you watch the ever changing sea views before you?

There are three bedrooms all with their own TV and anti-allergy duvets and pillows, two of which have en-suite facilities and all have French doors out to the patio so you can get up in the morning and head straight outside to breathe in the fresh sea air.

You will find yourselves amazed with the views at every turn as they allow you to see down to the Sussex coast and the white cliffs of Culver Down on clear days.

On the patio there is furniture to enjoy dining alfresco and on the decking is a luxurious hot tub for spending social evenings together, perhaps with a bottle of champagne, while you watch the ships go by and the lights come on around Sandown Bay.

Steps from the patio lead down to a large lawned area where you can relax and listen to the birds.

Why not take a picnic down to the far end of the garden which reaches out to the cliff edge where the stunning views can truly be enjoyed?

This is also a great spot to watch the annual Round the Island Race which passes through Sandown Bay.

The village of Luccombe provides beautiful coastal and clifftop walks while Shanklin Chine is an exceptional feature which has fascinated artists and authors through the ages.

This tree lined chine reaches from Shanklin Old Village out to the sandy beach and is truly picturesque with a waterfall, luscious greenery and high trees.

The quaint pubs and restaurants of Shanklin Old Village are available within a short walk as are the variety of amenities and activities which this town has to offer.

You can visit Rylestone Gardens or go along the coast to enjoy Sandown Pier and Shanklin Beach for a real bucket and spades traditional seaside holiday experience.

About the location

Sandown 2.2 miles; Godshill 4 miles.

The town of Shanklin on the Isle of Wight is a traditional seaside resort, sitting in a sheltered, sunny bay on the south-east coast of the island. Shanklin and Sandown offer all the right ingredients for a great summer holiday, with long, safe, sandy beaches and loads of family attractions, such as a zoo, pier and fairground, plus shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs. The older part of Shanklin, known as Shanklin Old Village, is set slightly lower than the town, where the road winds between traditional thatched cottages, tea shops and charming gardens and parks. Explore Shanklin Chine, a dramatic gorge with a waterfall tumbling through lush plants and mossy boulders. At the top of the cliff is the bustling High Street of shops and the grand Victorian theatre, at the bottom there are cafes, shops and amusements along the suntrap esplanade and sandy beach. Shanklin is great starting point for numerous coastal and inland walks (with the option to return using the local bus network). The rest of the island, including Sandown, Godshill, Blackgang Chine and The Needles, is all easily accessible.
