  • "This was a great place to stay."

It was a big part of a very enjoyable holiday. Everything that is needed is provided and the complimentary welcome pack was a very nice touch.

  • "We could not really fault the challet in any way it was without doubt the most spotlessly clean we have ever stayed in."

Although it did not affect our enjoyment of our holiday . The television reception due to an indoor ariel was not very good . Had the weather not been as brilliant as was it may have been a problem. We would like to thank Sykes very much for helping us have a brilliant break.

  • "The location, at Sandown Holiday Center, was complemented by its ease of access to the Coastal Path and the other holiday locations of Shanklin, Freshwater and Ryde."

The accommodation was spotless and exceeded our expectations with the obvious care and effort that had been made to cater for its visitors. The dog friendly basket was well stocked and the folder of instructions was comprehensive with info covering things such as operating the microwave, cooker, etc. and even providing contact details of a local vet service. We booked the Culverlicious because we liked the look of the photos of the accommodation but were pleasantly surprised with the actuality when we arrived. Top Rate!

  • "The chalet was only let down by lack of a shower."

A bath is not suitable for us older people who cannot get in and especially out of it. Location of chalet on site was good, site very peaceful and quiet but general areas like roadways look run down. It's a shame also about a derelict building on the site.

  • "Culverlicious is a great little find and you can take your dog!"

The accommodation was very welcoming, well set out and very clean, the one and only thing missing was a shower, baths are fine but when you’ve been on the beach almost everyday a shower would be preferred. The location was superb, great walks around the area, beach less than a 10 minute walk and Sandown is a lovely town with some good places to eat and drink. Most attractions are around half an hour away in the car. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Isle of Wight!

  • "The quiet situation suited us plus the nearness to the coast path as we were on a walking holiday."

All things provided to cook and relax. We were even able to watch wildlife just sitting outside the chalet. A great stay!
