On the same floor is a contemporary shower room and there is also and additional cloakroom with basin and WC on the ground floor.
The rest of the cottage is made up of well-equipped kitchen/diner with plenty of work space and seating.
This room leads into the conservatory which has seating, and is a lovely spot to sit, relax and read a book in front of stunning views.
There is also a cosy sitting room where you can get comfortable and watch TV in front of the open fire.
The property has a lovely wrap around enclosed, landscaped garden with a patio area and some furniture, and also has off road parking for two cars.
Take a 2 minutes walk into the village and visit the local pub for a bite to eat or buy a newspaper from the local shop.
There are also numerous picturesque walking trails in the area that are available to you at your leisure!
Ashdown Forest is just 10 miles away with all the links to AA Milne and Winnie the Pooh.
Take a 5 minute drive to Uckfield for the main shops or Royal Tunbridge Wells and to explore their beautiful streets and attractions like the famous Chalybeate Spring.
Or take a day trip to the coastal town of Eastbourne, a popular seaside town!
