  • "Holistic Costerak Lodge reteat falsely advertise."

Caravan in a Parkeden Park, with broken toilet seat , small of curry We had to pay for passes to a very small spa and tiny sauna for a 45 min slot.should check the world's hoalistic before use to advertice. The site was not for friendly could not even take in to the building. Just awfully expncive .

Hi Maria, thank you for your feedback. I did offer to fix the toilet seat while you were at the property the next day and you advised to leave it. I think there may have been a confusion. The seat has now been fixed – it appears the plastic bolt underneath this had snapped. This has now been replaced with a new seat and a new metal bolt to prevent this happening again. My email address had the word ‘holistic’ in it. No where on the website does it advertise that the property is holistic. St Margaret’s Bay Holiday Park offers spa facilities with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym. The Sykes website description does mention there is an additional charge to use these. The 45 min slot I believe was issued by the Holiday Park to apply with Covid Rules and avoid overcrowding to keep its guests safe. Regards Wendy Property Owner
