Sat on the banks of the River Rother, Robertsbridge is a charming village in rural East Sussex, lying in the parish of Salehurst and Robertsbridge.
Steeped in history, the village was first established by a group of Cistercian monks from Boxley in Kent, who founded what would become the Abbey of Robertsbridge in the twelfth century.
