  • "The property was immaculate and very close to many beaches."

Sandy was very welcoming and we would recommend anyone to visit. The Crispin Pub over the road is a treat and does a good selection of food.

All our needs were catered for from the most comfortable and aesthetic furnishings, the relaxing and spacious outside decking and gardens to the wealth of information needed to enjoy visiting this lovey area of England. Sandy and Peter were helpful and welcoming hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back if visiting that area again.

Spotlessly clean, we couldnt fault anything. Welcome pack was a lovely touch! Sandy is such a lovely lady, very helpful and gave us some really useful information for places to visit/eat. Lots and lots to do and didnt have to travel too far. By far the nicest accommodation I have ever stayed in. We will definitely be returning.

  • "We received the warmest of welcomes from Sandy, who showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of good advice about the local area."

We really appreciate the basket of ‘goodies’ and the milk that were waiting for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very stylish. The secluded garden was an absolute delight. The St Crispin Inn, which is just 100yds away, served lovely food and the staff were extremely friendly. We enjoyed exploring Deal, Sandwich, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Broadstairs and Canterbury as well as relaxing in the apartment and garden. We enjoyed a wonderful week at Solly Farm House Apartment and would recommend it to anyone.

We were meet on arrival and everything was explained. We found the apartment very well stocked with everything we needed and a welcome pack was a nice bonus, especially the juice and eggs. It was so clean and well laid out. The garden area was tranquil and private and again had seating and a barbecue. It's also in a great location for a lot of lovely places to visit. We would definitely like to go back in the future and would highly recommend this apartment to anybody and everyone. Thanks for everything Kevan & Jackie

Little details and items included which are not normal but were lovely and welcome. It was warm to come back to; even though we had lovely weather and easy to keep clean and tidy. The decking area was a great bonus and we enjoyed the sun sat out having a drink. The beds were so comfy and the village of Worth is a little haven in the country.

  • "The apartment was what we needed and expected from 5 star accommodation."

All self contained and fitted out to the highest spec. We were kindly shown around the property by the owner and then left to enjoy the property which we fully enjoyed for the peace and quiet. Can’t recommend the property enough with thr addition of off street parking right outside the front door. Location is ideal for exploring the south east and benefits from 2 pubs both within 2 minutes walk and a steady 20min stroll into Sandwich.

  • "First off, we absolutely loved everything about Solley Farm House and this property is now our benchmark for any further holiday bookings we will make and will look to revisit again and again."

An immaculately presented property with quality furnishings, fittings, appliances (no microwave ...although we didn't need one) and tech items. A greeting and walk-through of the property on arrival by the owners was most welcome and a well thought-out personal touch. Driveway parking outside the front door and the enclosed garden with a deck, table, chairs and sun-chairs really made this a super-convenient home from home. There's a Pub with food and another restaurant in this small, quiet village...again, adding to the convenience. There's a tarmac Public Footpath from the side of the Pub which is a flat, easy stroll of about 1.5m each way into Sandwich with it's many Pubs, eateries and shops. You could also make this into a 10k circular walk, taking in Sandwich Bay and the views to Ramsgate and across Royal St. Georges Golf Course. There's a walking guide in with the many books and local information provided in the property. Thanks again to Peter and Sandy for a memorable holiday in an excellent property.
