Other lodges looked lovely with inside/outside lights. Feel this let a stay over Christmas down.

Perfect spot for a getaway to explore the Lakes.

At first the caravan looked amazing, however the sofa is so uncomfortable, feels like your slipping forward all the time, the vacuum doesn’t work properly, and the bedrooms where covered in dog hair, we have a dog ourselves but it wasn’t his, plus the gas hob didn’t work properly

Thank you for you feedback. We are sorry if you were unhappy with the comfort at the property. We have had many positive comments from guests about the facilities and furniture but we do listen to all feedback and will take your comments on board. The vacuum and hob have both been checked and are all working fine. If you had contacted us during your stay we would have been happy to attend to any issues and ensure that these did not impact your stay. Your comments regarding cleanliness have been passed onto the cleaning team to ensure that our high standards are maintained. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback.
