  • "This was our first time staying in Cockermouth, as we usually stay in Keswick."

Absolutely loved Lexi. Was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. Easily located. And the complex is very quiet and peaceful. The owners are friendly and approachable, would definitely return! 100% would recommend.

  • "Lexi is a well-appointed static caravan well situated for the north-western Lake District."

The major issue is that it does not realistically sleep four adults - the second bedroom is tiny. It has 2'6" beds (which is not a problem per se), but unfortunately they are short as well as narrow, both are against walls and with only 9" between them. There is only a small wardrobe and two drawers for clothes, with no place for luggage other than the very small floor area. It's probably adequate for two children, but not for adults. More minor issues are that there is no drying space for wet clothes; there was no information upon how to use the boiler, fire or other equipment; there were no wine glasses and only a couple of tumblers. The TV's Sky box was not connected when we arrived (fixed by the very helpful site manager). It's a very nice static caravan, but it has drawbacks.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the 2nd bedroom, I agree with your comments, however, this is the standard fit for most static caravans. We have a site manager 24/7 for any help or assistance if required. I have added wine glasses. Hope to see you again S:) Property Owner

  • "Lovely stay in a quiet holiday park, ideal for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle."

This mobile home has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend this property to a couple who want a break, however I do not think it is suitable for children as there are rules in place which restrict children from playing outside and making noise.

Thank you for your kind feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay at Lexi. We hope to see you again soon S:) Property Owner
