    “Apartment was okay, some minor damages in various places but facilities were usable and plenty of kitchen supplies (although some were rather blunt).”

    All in all, as expected and good value for money (although the area of Longtown doesn't have much in the way of entertainment or charm).

There are some beautiful places nearby, offering even more places to go and things to do. Brampton and Carlisle are nearby with beautiful buildings. As Longtown is so close to Scotland, it would be rude not to visit Dumfries and Galloway. Edinburgh and Glasgow are just over an hours drive away.
