"Absolutely fantastic beautiful cottage thank you will be back"
-
"Friendly welcome upon arrival (female)."
Cottage warm and clean in fact kitchen and utensils looked new. Washing up and refuse bags provided but no milk/tea bags however garage shop within walking distance. Walks to Keswick and Threlkeld literally on the doorstep and hot tub a welcome addition. There is work taking place in a couple of the buildings but this did not detract from our enjoyment in any way - loved the history of the place. Overall a great stay in a great location.
-
"Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting which was perfect for walking into Keswick along the old railway line."
Cottage was cosy, well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a days walking. Would happily come back
-

-
"Second time staying here."
We loved it. Beautiful decorated accommodation. Lovely walk into keswick.
-
"The property has been refurbished recently to a high standard."
It was great to be able to enjoy the hot tub after a days hiking. This again was very well maintained by Jamie. It proved to be a great base for walking into Keswick and accessing longer walks too including Cat Bells and Latrigg.
-
"This holiday village is absolutely stunning."
So clean, staff so friendly, Perfect location just on outskirts of Keswick. I will definitely be back!
-
"The cottage is in a lovely location a short walk from Keswick and by the river and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
Everything was very clean and comfortable and as described. Only minor suggestions are for a better outside light at the back of the cottage and there was no hairdryer. We would stay here again and recommend.
