The property

This cosy apartment is situated a short walk away from Keswick town centre, in a complex of 25 apartments, perfect for couples or families ready to explore the countryside without maxing their budget. Set on the second floor, the comfortable property is ideal for a short break away.

The apartment takes the stress out of a long day exploring, with a quaint, fully-equipped kitchen for making meals to be enjoyed at the dining table, before unwinding in the sitting room with family, or watching a little TV before bed.

On the same floor, a family bathroom leads to the two bedrooms, one double and one single, both with views of the quiet courtyard and stunning Latrigg outside. The market town of Keswick provides a fantastic choice of restaurants, shops, tennis courts and local parks.

There's plenty of pubs and restaurants and the shores of Derwentwater are a short drive away.

For those without a car, the bus route near the apartment provides access to other areas of the Lake District and beyond. Incredibly popular with walkers, the surrounding scenery provides the perfect backdrop for a brisk stroll, and there’s even a wildlife park to get closer to nature.

The lake of Derwentwater is stunning any day of the year, and if you want to explore what else the area has to offer, great lakes such as Windermere and Ullswater are easily accessible by car or from local tours.

It’s the perfect location for decompressing from city stresses, or exploring one of the most picturesque corners of the Lake District.
