  • "A lovely house within easy access to the town and it's facilities."

(and the Wainwright, our favourite pub just a few minutes away) Middletown is so cosy and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Good walks from the door such as Walla Crag, Catbells, Skiddaw etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Liz and Will the owners, if you had a problem or enquiry they would sort it.

Thank you for your feedback John. We are so pleased you enjoyed your holiday in Keswick and that you found Middletown a pleasant and convenient place to stay. We hope to welcome you back again. Property Owner

  • "Middletown is a beautiful cottage Perfect accommodation for a group of 8, we had 3 generations staying."

It is very well equipped and spacious. The owners have thought of everything My parents loved the little sitting area, halfway up the stairs. Fantastic views, perfect for morning coffee It is very central to all of Keswick but also for the start of many walks for different abilities. Would definitely recommend and we will rebook if with large group again.

Wonderful to hear three generations of your family enjoyed staying in Middletown. We look forward to welcoming you again in the near future Property Owner

  • "As a group of 7 we love Middletown."

Ideal for access to Keswick Convention and town. The parking permit is great . A slow cooker would be a useful addition to the kitchen which is spacious and very well equipped. We will be back next year.

So pleased you enjoyed staying in Middletown. We noticed your suggestion regarding the slow cooker and will endeavour to have one in place ready for your next visit! Property Owner

  • "A great place to stay."

Plenty of room for 8 adults 3 bathrooms, huge kitchen and large bedrooms. A central location and warm - we turned the heating down.

  • "Great cottage for a family but IMO best suited to a group of friends."

3 bathrooms and 4 good size bedrooms all though the attic room has some low ceiling areas. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s lots of seats in the lounge. My only criticism of what has been provided is that the dining room table is not really big enough for the 8 adults that could be accommodated.
