The property

A traditional terraced cottage located in the heart of Keswick, resting on a quiet residential road, with the attractions of the Lake District a short journey away.

Modernised to a lovely standard whilst retaining a sense of its original charm, this wonderful property is perfect for guests wanting to be in the centre of Keswick.

Families or friends will enjoy the spacious interior and selection of rooms which are gracefully located over three floors.

Enter inside to a lounge, tied together with comfortable sofas and a woodburner setting you up for a cosy night in.

The dining area is equally as pleasant, home to a sandstone fireplace and a feature wall map of the Lake District, where you can take a moment and plan out your adventures.

A well-equipped kitchen embraces a classic design, ideal for preparing those home-cooked meals, before heading back into the sitting room for a leisurely afternoon.

Two double bedrooms lie on the first floor; each are designed in a sleek fashion with one benefiting from a view over the charming town.

For more of this, wander up to the second floor which features an additional double room, tucked away beneath sloped ceilings with a front-facing set of windows overseeing the nearby houses.

A beautiful bathroom and shower room provide everything you need to get ready in style, finishing the cottage in a hotel-like fashion.

After enjoying the interior, wander outside to the front patio area which sits amongst a feature flower bed and a collection of seating.

At the rear there is a small seating area, which leads to a shared communal drying area.

With more to see, the town boasts numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as excellent parks, a charming cinema and the beautiful lake of Derwentwater just a few minutes walk.

Visit Castlerigg Stone Circle, the Jennings Brewery and Mirehouse, a grand house and gardens on the shores of the Bassenthwaite Lake, or take a fabulous boat trip.

Here, there is something for everyone.
