Outside are a lawn and patio with furniture and BBQ, allowing summer evenings to be spent relaxing or dining alfresco, before taking advantage of the fabulous hot tub at your holiday cottage.

With its fantastic rural location, this Scotland cottage offers country walking from the doorstep to nearby Winterhope Reservoir and the hills of the Borders.

Close by is the beautiful town of Langholm, the home of Thomas Telford, with its picturesque riverside location, while Lockerbie is 11 miles away and offers a range of amenities including pubs and restaurants.

A day trip can even be taken to Glasgow or Edinburgh.
