The property

Carwinley Mill House Cottage is a charming getaway in Netherby, positioned perfectly on the edge of the Lakes and Scottish Borders.

This property is a converted building in the grounds of the owners’ own listed mill house and offers a perfect break for a couple looking for an indulgent escape to the countryside.

Set on one level, the flow of this ground-floor two-person retreat is a delight as you take in the spacious living area.

Beams straddle the vaulted ceiling in the sitting-room section, with its comfortable furniture, sandstone feature fireplace and patio doors into the private decking area beyond.

A stunning archway leads into the luxury kitchen, with its high-end finish and indulgent breakfast island.

The double bedroom has its own patio doors into the outside space with a comfortable bathroom completing the property.
