  • “Yes, the cleanliness of the caravan, we had to wash most of the the cutlery and crockery, including the kettle which was dirty on the inside.”

The hairdryer doesn't work, didn't work when tried, the dvd player didn't work ( which was something we had intended to use with two young children. The WIFI was rubbish!!!!! The shade provided wasn't efficient in the weather, obviously you can't control the weather but a bigger shade would be beneficial. It's a shame for these things as really enjoyed the holiday, if you rectify these brilliant!
