“What a great little apartment to stay in, right in the middle of Bowness.”

The boiler was not working when we arrived, so no heating or hot water. Two phone calls later and we were told an engineer would be coming out to look it that evening. As we were going out for a meal we left the key in the safebox and when we got back the problem was sorted, very good work especially on a Friday evening. Would recommend the apartment as a great place to stay.
