Treetops is a great place to stay accommodation is perfect, Location can’t be beaten everything on your doorstep The only downside was because of the time of year constant deluge of foliage from the trees And birds roost in the tree branches above and do their business all over the table and decking Spent quite a while every morning cleaning Still we would go back to treetops in a heartbeat

"A beautiful lodge in a perfect setting, close to lake and town."
The lodge provides everything you could need for a relaxed stay, except maybe a hairdryer and extra toilet roll. No complaints at all. It would have been helpful to have had a clear sign on how to turn on the water on arrival.
-
"Absolutely brilliant lodge in a prime location overlooking the lake and literally 2 mins walk to the pub and 5 mins walk into Bowness centre."
Excellent enclosed all round decking with loads of seating. Cant wait to book again.

Just being picky some items lacked attention to detail. We had a problem with the bathroom lights which was quick resolved. Over all a great lodge which we will booking again.

"Absolutely fantastic stay at Treetops."
Brilliant location in the heart of Bowness with a very clean and spacious lodge that is clearly well looked after. All the facilities you could need for a longer stay, but perfect for a 3 day weekend. Comfy beds, great outdoor furniture, full size fridge and freezer with lots of games, information leaflets and DVDs. Would definitely recommend and will be back very soon!

"Lovely lodge."
Comfortable beds, quiet location. Would definitely stay again.

"It is a great location and we have stayed at a different one in the past."
Unfortunately, a few small problems with 13, Treetops. There was only one key which can be difficult if parties want to go out separately. The bath plug had no chain so had to use a knife to get it out of the bath each time we had a bath. No welcome pack or information. Problems with the TV connecting to internet. We did phone your office while we were there but didn't hear back. Apart from that, lovely stay and would book a different chalet next time.
Thank you for your feedback. We take all comments on board. We apologise that you did not hear back from the team. Thank you The Lake District Lodge Holidays Owner Relations Team 1st May 2024 - Updated Thank you for your comments - we have made improvements below based on your constructive comments If two or more keys are required we can provide them. We have fixed the plug in the bathroom. We have created an information pack including how to connect the TV. I Property Owner

"The only suggestion I would like to make would be to have a folder with useful information."
We could not find a way to turn on the heating, which would have been welcomed on returning to the Lodge soaked through.

"Fantastic property just as described."
Great location just a 2 minute walk from the town of Bowness on Windermere which has lots of little shops bars and plenty of places to eat. The surprise of board games books and cards made this holiday even better. Lots of space for the 6 of us great cooking facilities and all you could need to enjoy a family holiday Would definitely want to stay again.
