The property

One Clearwater@Jackdaw Quarry is a stunning stone house located in Carnforth, Lancashire, situated on the edge of an old quarry.

It is tastefully presented to an immaculate standard, mixing contemporary touches with the classic countryside features.

The property is ideally located across two floors, with the ground floor being home to a twin bedroom and separate modern shower room, giving easier access for those with limited mobility.

The open-plan living space makes for spacious living quarters with an array of lovely white sofas, facing the wall mounted flatscreen Smart TV, a wonderful place to relax.

Move into the fitted kitchen, with its convenient breakfast bar, lovely wooden units and plenty of appliances for you to take advantage of and cook up a storm for the whole family!

This can be enjoyed at the large six seater dining room table, with views from the full wall patio doors across the quarry.

With a further two bedrooms downstairs: one super king-size and one king-size, and a large separate bathroom, with the choice of a bath and walk-in shower, this property has everything you could possibly need.

All the bedrooms are tastefully and luxuriously presented incontempary fashion each having it's own TV.

There is off-road parking to the front of the property for up to three cars.

Outside has a three-tier decking area, with stunning views over the quarry.

There is ramp and step access to the front of the property.

The top tier has a table and chairs, where you can sit out in the afternoon sun with a refreshing glass of champagne and enjoy the marvellous views and maybe even some divers in the water below.

Capernwray 2.4 miles; Lake District 20 miles

Located just off the M6 and 20 miles south of the scenic Lake District, Carnforth is the sort of place that everyone has heard of, and many desire to discover this hidden gem. Situated at the north end of Morecambe Bay, north of the historic town of Lancaster, 15 miles from the winding lanes of the Yorkshire Dales and a hop and a skip from the Lake District, it is close to absolutely everywhere! Other local attractions include Greenlands Farm Village for crafts, local produce, a play area, café and a garden centre. The lovely area just north of Carnforth has tidal sands bordering the huge expanse of Morecambe Bay. It offers plenty of pleasant walks and opportunity to see local birds and wildlife in this fabulous area of Lancashire. Don't forget to visit the lovely old market town of Kirkby Lonsdale.
