    “There were a number of issues when we arrived - there was no bedding, remote control for the television in the lounge, no towels, the cooker did not ignite and the dishwasher cannot be used for plates as they do not fit in !”

    !! To be fair the remote, bedding and towels were delivered as soon as we complained and they brought us a lighter for the cooker.
