    “The Lodge was so poorly maintained, so many things broken starting with the dining table.”

    There was a strong odour of mould, shower was broken. All reported to reception but maintenance never attended the issues. Completely ignored Curtains hanging off the rail Blinds were broken Had to buy a mat for entrance as we were slipping on the floor Had to my own mop
