“Rose bank could be a great place to spend your holiday if a little more attention was give to what people expect when on holiday.”

The standard of mattresses are really poor making a goodnights sleep impossible . We ended up sleeping in the single beds on the top floor which wasn't much better. The standard of mattresses are really poor making a goodnights sleep impossible . We ended up sleeping in the single beds on the top floor which wasn't much better. The shower fittings in the bathroom in the double room at the front of the property is broken and makes having a shower near impossible plus the extractor fans in the bathrooms are not working. There are also large stains all over the ceiling in the extension on the ground floor. All of these thing could be corrected easily which would turn a nice house into a great place to stay. The property is in a fantastic location with plenty of great pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and as loads of walks from the door for the dog. We would definitely like to stay at the property again if we knew these small problems had been attended to. One last thing a side gate to the rear of the property would help contain dogs the back garden and in view at all times.

Thank you very much for your recent feedback, we are pleased to say we have since ordered a new mattress and would love to welcome you back to try it again! - Sykes owner relations
