"Just returned from 71 Nutter Rd after spending the weekend there, we are a family of 4 adults who had a great time, the accommodation is as described and is in the heart of Cleveleys, plenty of shops, pubs, takeaways, very near to the beach and only a short drive to Blackpool or you could use the tram."
The house had everything you needed and the hot tub was great favourite. The manager Paul even rang us to ensure everything was ok. Thank you Sykes Cottages for a lovely weekend.

"We have just spent the weekend at 71 Nutter Road, what a fantastic property."
Close to everything you need, beach, shops, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets, bars, pubs etc.
The house was lovely, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need to make our stay even better.
We cooked one night, got a takeaway the next and ate out in the last night. There's so much choice.
There are lots of games to play should the weather not be on your side. And if the weather is nice the bar, hot tub, outdoor seating area and pool table is fab.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking this property again, maybe when the weather is a bit warmer.

"Ideal location."
Plenty of room. Lovely welcome pack. Comfy beds. Loved the arcade machine. Great facilities. Fully equipped. Whilst most of the house is clean there are some areas that could be cleaner. Overall a good stay.

"This is a great property location close to local amenities attractions and transport."
The property is simple but comfortable outdoor area is a bit special. Hot tub big smart tvs with excellent wifi arcade games machine a massive hit for kids and big kids !!
We stayed over Christmas and the host had made a real effort to make the home festive and the best welcome pack not flash but great family fun '

"A very clean comfortable cottage which was ideal for us and our dog."
Paul rang on the following day to check everything was alright,we told him we were delighted. Unfortunately,did not use the hot tub but would like to return and take advantage of these facilities. Spotless,welcome tea/coffee,biscuits and box of chocolates. Easy walk to shops and trams.

"Absolutely lovely."
Perfectly situated,close to everything, never used car as took tram everywhere,two streets walk to shops, tram stop.Excellent shops, various cafes and takeaways to suit everyone. we ranged in ages from 12 to 70 and something for everyone. House is lovely, very clean and comfortable,comfy beds,plenty of pillows. Nicely decorated,everything you could possibly want is provided.lovely welcome hamper too,Thanks for that. younger ones loved the hot tub, older ones loved the large kitchen , big table and comfy chairs.Off street parking for 2 cars.No hesitation in recommending and planning to return as so much to do,never got round everything.

"Lovely property, great location 5 minute walk to the high street with all the shops you could need and to a lovely beach."
Nice comfortable house. Hot tub was amazing very clean and a good size, pool table great as well. Very good transport links just a 5 minute walk away. Host great as well not only a welcome call to see we had everything we needed and some help with local attractions and how to get there but also a call once we left to check we had a good holiday.

Nice property and comfortable with everything needed. Good to have hot tub and games table, wasn’t that great weather so didn’t use either.
Paul the owner was in touch before arrival and on return and there was milk and starter pack tea coffee etc for arrival.

"Hi just come back weekend at this property."
Close to all amenities. Lovely house cars stayed on drive all weekend caught tram into Blackpool for lights beach within walking distance absolutely great. Bonus lovely hot tub. Paul owner was lovely rang before and after make sure everything was OK during our stay. Bonus the pool table in garden kept my lot entertained when we were at house!! Cleveleys is lovely

"Lovely property, a short stroll to the tram to Blackpool."
My teenage son loved the pool table in the garden, whilst we had a wonderful evening making cocktails in the bar and lounging in the jacuzzi.

"Lovely house in quite area."
Everything you could ask for for family holiday, from outdoor to games for the kids indoors on those rainy days. Owner goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome from a phone call on day of arrival, to welcome gifts when you arrive. Any issues or problems are only a phone call away. To the phone call on departure to say goodbye and safe travels. Would recommend to anyone. Close to local transport and shops so you can park up and enjoy your holiday. Worth mope than 5 stars

The facilities were very good we made good use of the Pool table and Hot Tub. The location was very central for Fleetwood, Blackpool and St Anne’s. We received a very nice welcome pack from Paul. We will no doubt book again to revisit family. Nice walks along the beach front and overall good location.

"Beautiful property in a quite location."
Only 5 mins, walk to the centre, where you will find the shops,cafes pubs and restaurants. The property has everything you need to make your stay, enjoyable. Played pool in the garden area. Didn't use the hot tub, due to part of the party, elderly. The garden is a lovely area to sit and enjoy the sun. Lovely welcome pack. And the company, who owns the property, very helpful, rang us to say we could book in early. The owner rang after we had, stayed to make sure we had enjoyed our stay and to make sure there were no problems.

"The stay was amazing couldn't have asked for much more firstly the location is great a couple mins walk to the beach loads off places in the area are dog friendly which made the trip that much better for us the locals are all very friendly really nice neighborhood."
The accommodation was brilliant well looked after and clean on arrival you have a welcome gift which was a nice surprise for us with a nice note to go with that each bedroom is kept well cleaned that goes with all off the house in fact massive TV in living room with Netflix so couldn't go wrong in the night time but during the day would recommend utilising the hot tub and pool table which are both amazing especially the hot tub the weather worked in our favour as well all in all can't recommend the place any more definitely will need to come back soon.

"The maintenance and cleanliness of the property was very poor, on arrival we had to remove dog poo from the garden, the kitchen cupboards and cutlery drawer were dirty inside, the WCs are very small."
No curtains in the bedrooms, wakened at 5.30 with the daylight, not ideal when on holiday!! On a positive note the king size bed was comfy.

We having spoken to the cleaning contractors and house keeping and they’ve both confirmed there was no dog poo in the garden prior to your arrival but there was plenty of dog poo on your departure….. is there any possibility that the dog you had with you did this?
I’m very disappointed when I rang you during in your stay to check everything was okay you did not mention any issues because rest assured we would have sent house keeping round straight away.
We can confirm after every guest leave the property our cleaning contractors go in the property and clean the property throughout and then our house keeper goes in the property to make sure the is 100% clean …. This system as worked very well as I’m sure you will read from everyone else’s reviews.
The toilets are a standard size found in every property but will have a word with a maintenance team to see if they do an extra large one….

"A warm clean comfortable house with comfortable beds."
The large user friendly kitchen/diner/family room is very practical for a family and pet. The sitting room provides a quiet alternative. My teenage grandchildren made full use of the hot tub and pool table. 10 mins. walk from shops and beach. Tram to Blackpool. Lancaster castle a good trip out. Enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect small stroll to the lovely beach and the town which had every shop you would need. Short ride on the tram into Blackpool. would definitely go back again there isn’t any reason not too need to anyway to try the hot tub pool table and stock the outside bar in the sunshine

The property was large enough to accommodate 6 of us plus the dog! Upon arrival the property was clean and there was a handy welcome pack with instructions and guidance for our stay. The hot tub and pool table are a great addition! We will definitely look at a return visit in the near future.

Gorgeous house, good room sizes with the added bonus of a large hot tub and outside pool table.
The house is in easy walking distance to the tram stop if you want to travel into Blackpool or Fleetwood.
Having off street parking is also a bonus

Beds very comfortable, lovely clean well equipped bathroom and fantastic kitchen. A Smart TV in both rooms, toys and games for kids if the weather is inclement, outdoor pool and table tennis. the hot tub was excellent. only five minutes walk to town centre shopping for all you will need.
