  • "We had a great time but owner very strict with instructions which I understand is needed."

But although clean and warm , kitchen tap broken, single chair in sitting room broken, two seater sofa broken at one end. Dining chair snapped when a member of my family sat on it. We were scared to do anything in case anything else was faulty. I suspect previous holiday makers have tried to hide the breaks which makes it sad for us to find them and not be able to use them. Perhaps the owner needs to double check everything. But we were warm and as I say it didn’t stop us enjoying our short break.

  • "Having Beach House withdrawals already !"

What a lovely property.Fantastic sea views from the Lounge and front bedrooms. The sea front is spotless with beautiful works of art placed along the promenade. The house is really clean and warm with plenty of hot water. comfortable beds with nice quality bedding and a well equipped kitchen. Situated in a really quiet location but a 2 minute walk from the high street. There are plenty of small shops and places to eat. A 10 minute walk to the tram or bus stop with a £4 all day rider ticket to use on any bus or tram,so very easy to get around Blackpool without having to take the car, with a bonus that the illuminations are now on until January. Would highly recommend The Venue and Pulcinella as places to eat locally. Unsah the owner is there every step of your holiday with great communication at all times. A big Thank-you. We hope to stay again.

  • "The best thing about this property was the location right on the seafront, with shops and transport links around the corner."

The property itself had some niggles, sitting room furniture was uncomfortable as was the bed in the main bedroom. The kitchen could have been cleaner and no cloth provided to wipe down surfaces. The bathrooms were mainly fine although the toilet brush in the en-suite was nasty. The blinds in the bedrooms did not shut out the light from the street lights and made a purchase of a sleep mask essential. There were no sharp knives for food preparation and the 2 slot toaster wasn’t suitable for a property sleeping 6.

  • "The property itself was in an ideal location."

The beach was across the road and the town was literally 2 minutes walk away. The house was well equipped in the kitchen. Bathrooms were good too. The only thing we found was the small sofa in the living room, which was under the TV, was broken one end. There was not enough wardrobe or cupboard space in the bedrooms either. Very little room to unpack and store clothes. It would be good to address that problem. Other than that it was a most enjoyable stay. .

  • "Fully equiped, modern house with extremely comfortable beds."

Spacious living room with magnificient views. Ideally located round the corner from the bus station and only a five minute walk for the trams. Exquisite promenade for a walk to Blackpool or Fleetwood. The museum at Fleetwood is well worth a visit. Multitude of eating places and a wide variety of shops to buy groceries if you want to self cater. The owner umsah is delightful.

  • "The Beach house was just Perfect!"

! Clean, welcoming, and a fantastic base to explore the seaside. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have a chilled time but also close enough to sightsee and visit busy Blackpool. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. When visiting again we will definitely try and stay here again.

  • "A lovely property looking over the sea, beautiful sunsets and views."

3 bedrooms well equipped and 3 bathrooms. The "extra beds" are not really suitable for a good nights sleep. Overall if the 3 bedrooms are enough this is a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely book again, just less add ons!!

  • "This is a lovely property in an ideal location, midway along the Fylde coast."

The property is cleaned to a high standard and offers wonderful views across the bay. You can watch the sunset from the balcony. Clevelys town centre is just around the corner so shops on hand for supplies. The property is a credit to the owner, one of the best we have stayed in.

It was very clean and modern and new. The views of the beach and the sea are stunning. Our whole family of 8 fitted comfortably into the property. A lovely time was had by all and we would love to return!

  • "I was very pleasantly surprised at the standard of this property."

The cleanliness could not be faulted. It was more spacious than I thought it would be. The facilities were good and the kitchen equipment also good. The cafes and shops were very near and of course the beach was just across the road. We all love being by the sea. Despite some awful weather [what does one expect on this coast at this time of year? ] we had a good time walking in the rain and knowing there was a cosy place to go back to. On the three days when we had lovely weather we had an even better time including a morning cuppa on the balcony. Whilst there we visited Anchorsholme park and cafe, and the quirky and interesting museum at Fleetwood. We walked along to the tableaus [illuminations] with the children and got a tram back. It was far preferable than having to drive home afterwards. A very refreshing and relaxing week.

  • "The property itself was in a good location with stunning views."

The kitchen was very well equipped. The sofas in the lounge were very uncomfortable and the sofa beds in the snug were totally unsuitable in my opinion for anyone over the age of 12 or so. My son and grandson aged 15 had very uncomfortable sleeps. Our first night in the property was spent cleaning worktops in kitchen as there was evidence of food from previous occupants. I dropped a block of cheese on the floor and when I picked it up it was covered in hairs. My daughter spent time cleaning bathrooms as these were not up to standard expected, dirty taps and toothpaste splashes on bath screen which was close to washbasin. If these issues were addressed I would happily stay here again.
