  • "Wonderful country cottage; clean, warm, well maintained, great parking for multiple cars, responsive and helpful owner, very easy check-in/out process."

Netflix on 5 tv’s a great added extra along with fabulous internet connection. Linens provided were decent quality but bath sheets as opposed to bath towels would be ideal, also 100% cotton bed linens would be welcome. Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hannah’s Cottage and will happily return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful Easter break with my family.

  • "Hannah`s Cottage is set in quiet countryside with beautiful views."

I also rented The Stables as we were having a large family gathering; this combination worked very satisfactorily, both in terms of accommodation and indoor/outdoor socialising and games space. Hannah`s Cottage is presented very attractively throughout and has a well equipped kitchen; the bedrooms are comfortable with useful storage space. On arrival the guests noticed a slightly musty smell but this was not of particular concern as several windows were usually open. On the 5th morning water came through the hallway ceiling and tripped the electrics; the owner was alerted and he came over immediately and identified the source of the problem to be the seal around the shower tray in the first floor bathroom, which would need repair. Fortunately this did not inconvenience us as guests from that floor were leaving the same day, plus the electrics were able to be reinstated. We would happily return to Hannah`s Cottage.

  • "Beautiful cottage in a very rural area which adds to the charm especially when you are city dwellers like us."

Stunning views. Within the cottage was everything you could ask for and arrangements for key pick up are straight forward and the owners include a welcome pack so you do not need to stop for milk on the way. If I was being picky the only thing I would have changed would be to have lightweight bedding as the duvet is a heavy tog and it was very warm in the bed overnight, being August, otherwise superb and a great base to explore the whole area. If you fancy some proper countryside and enjoy driving on country lanes book this cottage. I would recommend.
