  • “Lily' s Cottage has been charmingly renovated and furnished with great thought and care and the owners provided a very comprehensive manual on how everything is operated within the cottage and a wealth of information on local activities, places of interest and restaurants.”

They also ensured that they were always available to answer any queries or resolve any problems and went beyond the call of duty to offer lifts when our car broke down on the third day of our holiday. St John's Chapel is a delightful, friendly village and Weardale offers stunning scenery and quiet roads.
