Well presented and equipped studio apartment, spotlessly clean and tidy. Ideal base for my wife and I and our dog. Very welcoming and helpful owners with good local knowledge of area.

  • "The owners made our stay so wonderful, making us feel like it was our home too!"

The whole place was impeccably clean and the facilities were so good. We were a family of 4 with a puppy and each of us had everything we needed. Ulverston is within easy reach and a lovely town. The local pub does delicious meals and we had all we needed and could have stayed much longer! The sofa bed was extremely comfy and we slept so well listening to the sheep in the fields! When our puppy was unwell Alan helped us find a fab vet too, many thanks! We are planning our next visit soon :)

We are both glad you had a lovely stay and your more than welcome back any time. Regards Dale and Alan Property Owner

The owners were so welcoming and friendly and provided essentials on arrival (perfect after our very long drive). The Studio was a perfect location for walks, and central location to explore The Lakes and surrounding villages. It was a home from home feel. We will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend it enough.

  • "Absolutely beautiful studio in a lovely cottage."

Immaculately clean, lovely decor and everything felt practically brand new. Everything we could need was provided and the hosts were very helpful with information about the local area and where to go for example food, fuel and shops. We were blown away and would say it's one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in, very impressed! They allow a dog, but went the extra mile providing bowls, blankets and towels specifically for the dog, felt really looked after and made the holiday extra special.

Great location on main road from which to explore the southern lakes area - somewhere we’ve not been before. This was the first getaway with our dog and the owner provided bed, bowls and doggie snacks which was lovely. The hospitality tray was also a nice touch too! Both my husband and I would definitely consider booking this studio for another break!!
