The property

Myrtle Cottage is a traditional Lakes slate cottage dating back to the 1870’s located in Windermere, Cumbria.

Touches of this history can be found throughout the property, for example the wonderful stone fireplace and working woodburning stove. When you are not out enjoying the various Windermere pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance, spend your evening keeping up to date with all your favourite shows and enjoy quality time in the lovely lounge area, with its two leather sofas and wood burning stove.

With a convenient dining area seating four people, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a home-cooked meal together.

The first floor is home to two bedrooms, both with king-size beds.

Both conveniently feature their own en-suite shower room and ample storage space for all your personal belongings.

Outside is a rear patio area with furniture provided - sit out and enjoy this enclosed space with a refreshing drink.

While you stay in the area of Windermere, why not explore everything the town has to offer?

With an abundance of local pubs and restaurants for fine dining, there are also plenty of shops you can splurge in and treat yourself to something new.
