  • "Hot tub could not be used for 3 days as the PH level was far too high."

    Only when someone came and added the correct chemicals could it be used. The washing machine did not work as the door catch was missing. A lack of cooking pans. Tin opener didnt work. We had to request a mop and bucket to be able to clean floor. Hoover bag was over full and no suction. No toilet brush. Had to request additional towels as only one set given for the week. No oven cloves.

  • "Caravan was modern and clean,except for double bedroom door,spillages all down it,hot tub lovely,low pressure on boiler fixed very quickly,washing machine didn’t work nor did electric fire,pulled my back bending over to hoover as the nozzle won’t come off to attach main hooverpipe."

    So had to come home 2days early.No Restaurant or shop or dogwalk ,marquee open Saturday night and 1 hour Sunday,no toilet facilities,Really feel we paid too price for a holiday that was mis-advertised.

  • "The owner took the time to inform me before my stay about the building work on the site which was appreciated."

    However the site is badly signposted and it took me a while to find the property. Once there the property was cold and it took some time to find the heating to warm the property up. The electric fire did not work so could not use. The hot tub was lovely first use but could not get it to warm up again so it was more a tepid tub. Then to add to frustrations the base nearby which I was not made aware of were continuously flying over each morning so not very quiet The washing machine did not work. Reported this and was informed that the owner would arrange for someone to come out and look at it during our stay but this did not happen.Some of the simple amenaties such as a mop and bucket were missing and in order to keep decking clean as my dogs came with me (as hosepipe was not working) i had to go and purchase mop and bucket. Due to all this, time away was not as relaxing as I had hoped and it is not somewhere that I would return to. Positive points- the property was clean and tidy.

    Loved the area little problem on Monday evening heating and electric went off as there was a power cut on the camp site had to spend 2 hours in bed to keep warm none of which could be helped all in all really enjoyed stay and would highly recommend this

    We booked to get away after the madness of Christmas and to just relax. It was perfect. The Hot Tub was fab we spent most of our time relaxing in there even at night. The caravan was like home from home had everything we needed. Would absolutely use again
