“Amazing views from this property looking up to The Old Man and down to Coniston water.”

Beautiful sunrises glimpsed from the front bedroom. The beds were so comfortable and it was nice and clean. It is perfectly placed to explore the southern lakes - a bit less busy than Windermere.

Beautiful sunrises glimpsed from the front bedroom. The beds were so comfortable and it was nice and clean. It is perfectly placed to explore the southern lakes - a bit less busy than Windermere. I would say some people may raise concerns that the TV & wifi doesn't work - but it didn't bother us as we wanted to be walking. It's a very well equipped house full of character if not all the mod cons. I'd go for character out of the two anytime!. I would definitely consider a return visit.
