“We really enjoyed our stay in this unique property which has been nicely converted into a holiday let.”

Road noise mentioned by others wasn't actually that bad and it is something I would normally be sensitive to. Ear plugs are provided but I didn't feel the need to use them as the noise of the occasional passing vehicle after 6am wasn't that intrusive. We also had no issues with the cockerel, never heard it at all. ...

Probably due to covid, cushions weren't provided on the sofas so this meant that they perhaps weren't as comfortable as they could have been. Also the bed in the double room was too soft for me and the mattress had some 'roll together', so that did impact on the quality of my sleep. The kitchen has limited storage and workspace, but the room overall looks lovely and is well equipped. Whilst sitting at the table for meals the view was wonderful. The heating and hot water were great, and simple enough to use. Decent water pressure in the shower, and the sinks in the two bedrooms are a thoughful addition as it meant the main bathroom use was kept to just toilet and shower visits. The place was spotlessly clean and quality linen and towels were provided. We'd love to stay again at some point as the cottage is in a great location for waking into the centre of Ingleton and driving to many nearby places of interest.
