The property

A first-class, semi-detached cottage located in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Ingleton, in Three Peaks Country.

This premier cottage offers the opportunity for a family or a small group to get away from it all and explore this wild and rugged area of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Every care has been taken by the owners to produce a first-class holiday home and this cottage boasts high quality fixtures and fittings, creating a lovely contemporary feel throughout.

Featuring a spacious, well-equipped kitchen/diner, ideal for family gatherings and preparing a good hearty meal after a day out on the Three Peaks Challenge, this is a wonderful cottage.

A spacious sitting room with a cosy woodburning stove, lovely modern furnishings and a stylish wooden floor creates a great place to relax and there is a useful cloakroom in the entrance hall.

There are three good bedrooms, a wonderful double bedroom with its own en-suite facilities, plus a useful twin and a pretty single room which are served by a smart, modern bathroom.

Outside is a small, enclosed patio area offering the opportunity to sit and relax with a morning coffee and the daily paper.

Guests can enjoy a short walk to the centre of Ingleton where shops, old pubs and a seasonal, open-air heated swimming pool can be found.

Kirkby Lonsdale is a bustling market town which boasts an array of restaurants, independent shops and pubs and visitors to the area will love taking a journey on the nearby Settle-Carlisle Railway, which travels through impressive limestone scenery and over the Ribblehead Viaduct.
