    Ideal location just outside Grange-Over-Sands, and with a train station close by. Walks across the flats of Morecambe Bay convenient across the road. Very happy with the property, and would rebook for a future stay.

The property

An exquisite first floor apartment situated near the village of Allithwaite in Cumbria.

With its contemporary finish and comfortable living areas, families would adore this property for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location.

A walk up 6 stone steps takes you into this stylish apartment with its contemporary flooring leading you towards the kitchen diner.

A refreshing room lit up by a fantastic skylight, it provides all of the essential appliances in a fashionable manner.

The three bedrooms are all pleasantly decorated with a neutral theme, boasting comfortable beds and storage, with the master bedroom offering an attractive en-suite shower room.

The family bathroom is crisp and attractive, whilst the sitting room boasts a fantastic large corner sofa sat in front of the electric fire and Freeview TV to provide the perfect chilling spot for the whole group.

To the front of 8 Kents Bank House is a charming little patio area with delightful furniture, surrounded by beautiful gardens for you to walk around, the perfect spot to sit and relax in the sun.

The village of Allithwaite is a short journey away and is the ideal base whilst staying in Cumbria, it has the essential shop and a pub serving food.

This area of Cumbria is nothing short of special, with the two pretty places of Cartmel and Grange-over-Sands offering a wider choice of amenities as well as walks and beautiful buildings.

If you want to venture a little further, the Lake District National Park is within easy reach, offering seemingly endless walking and cycling paths with incredible scenery and wildlife to see.

It is also home to the famous priory and racecourse.
